What we get asked most.
Does importing a company use a report seat?
No. A seat is used for a company you prepare reports for during the year. Updating its bookkeeping does not take another seat.
What if I prepare reports for more than 10 clients?
Report seats are extended whenever you need. Write to us and we'll agree it before charging anything.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser (Chrome, Edge or Safari). Nothing to maintain on your firm's computers.
Where do the sector benchmarks come from?
From ACCID, the Catalan Association of Accounting and Management. Each sector has a reference value per ratio, updated every year.
Can my clients see other clients' data?
No. Each client has an isolated space inside your subdomain and only sees their own. Data is hosted on European servers and handled under the GDPR.
Can I cancel mid-year?
The plan is annual and billed upfront. There's no partial refund, but no lock-in either: at the end of the year you decide whether to renew.
Does my client get a Premium subscription?
No. The service lets the firm prepare and deliver its reports. A licence for the client to work on their own is purchased separately.
Shall we look at it with one of your clients?
Write to us and we'll show you the portal in a short call, with a real case. We'll send you the terms in writing.
